The 88.5 “Game of the Week” is a Memphis tradition The season kicks off August 18th at 6:50pm on WQOX. The “Game of the Week” will feature Melrose hosting Central. The Golden Wildcats are led by first year coach Ron Davis, selected for the job just two weeks ago. The Warriors have enjoyed a resurgence over the past couple of years under coach Crutchfield.
The broadcast team is led by play-by-play man Sherman Austin. Paul Gubala joins Mr. Austin in the broadcast booth as color analyst. A student crew will assist. The game can also be seen on Voiceofscs.com.
