Mike Norvell has agreed to a five-year $13 million dollar contract extension to remain the Memphis Tiger football coach.  The announcement was made by Norvell in a tweet.  The new deal also increases his salary pool for assistant coaches.  Norvell led the Tigers to a Western Conference Division Title in the AAC this season.  The Tigers are set to play Iowa State in the Liberty Bowl December 30th.
